Reevo Capital is an independent real estate investment and asset management firm headquartered in London.
Our team has an opportunistic DNA with solid principal investment experience from leading real estate private equity firms, listed REITs, and investment institutions.
We originate, execute, structure, manage, realise and advise on pan-European real estate investments and operating businesses under direct asset, corporate and credit situations, for global institutions, family offices, and UHNWIs.

OUR PEOPLE
Highly skilled, multi-disciplined and experienced group of professionals, with a strong track record of investing and managing large and complex real estate investments across the UK and Europe. The investment team members previously held senior principal investment roles at leading real estate private equity firms, listed REITs, and investment institutions.
SHONG CHUA
Mr. Chua is Founder and Partner of Reevo Capital. He has 17 years of real estate principal investment experience with blue chip institutions.
Prior to founding Reevo Capital, Mr. Chua was Managing Director at Colony Capital, Inc., where he was responsible for the origination, evaluation, execution and management of investments across Europe for NorthStar Realty Europe, a NYSE listed REIT. Prior to that, Mr. Chua was a Principal at Perella Weinberg Real Estate (currently known as Aermont Capital), where he focused on opportunistic real estate investments under direct asset, corporate and credit situations across Europe. Mr. Chua received a Master of Arts (Cantab) in Economics, and a Masters of Philosophy in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.
IAN IP
Mr. Ip will be Partner responsible for Hong Kong capital markets and business development. Mr. Ip is based in Hong Kong and is a Barrister-at-law.
Prior to joining Reevo Capital, Mr. Ip has been Partner at Maximus Real Estate Property Investment focusing on business development for Hong Kong properties. Previously, Mr. Ip was an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where he specialised in real estate and public sectors in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Mr. Ip received a Master of Arts (Cantab) in Economics from the University of Cambridge, a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law (London), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong.
TIM DUMBRECK
Mr. Dumbreck has over 25 years of work experience in the central London property market.
Prior to joining to Reevo Capital, Mr. Dumbreck worked for Cityhold, a company owned by the Swedish National Pension Funds, to help build up a portfolio of high quality office investments across central London and to asset manage the properties acquired totalling c. £600 million. Previously, Mr. Dumbreck was the fund manager of Grosvenor’s Central London Office Fund. Prior to that, Mr. Dumbreck was a director at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he advised a variety of local and overseas based investors on acquiring, selling and managing major office buildings across the City and West End.
JANIS LEE
Ms. Lee has over 10 years of work experience in pan-European real estate markets.
Prior to joining to Reevo Capital, Ms. Lee was Asset Manager at Capital Asset Services, where she specialised in CMBS primary servicing and special servicing of pan-European real estate loans. Previously, Ms. Lee was Real Estate Strategy & Planning Analyst at Barclays Capital. She worked on group-wide real estate strategies, most notably the lease re-gear and consolidation of its Canary Wharf office portfolio, and integration of a million sq. ft of real estate during the takeover of Lehman Brothers. Ms. Lee received a Master of Arts (Cantab) in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Law LLB (Hons) from the University of London.
DOMINIC LAMOTTE
Mr. Lamotte has over 10 years of work experience in pan-European real estate investment.
Prior to joining Reevo Capital, Mr. Lamotte worked on European acquisitions at Colony NorthStar, Inc., and subsequently as an Investment Manager at IMMO Capital, a PropTech firm investing in residential assets across Germany. Mr. Lamotte holds an M.A. from the University of Edinburgh and an M.E.B. from ESCP Europe.
ANNIE SHE
Ms. She has 8 years of work experience in pan-European and Central London real estate investment.
Prior to joining Reevo Capital, Ms. She was Associate Director at CBRE’s Central London Capital Market team, focusing on Asian cross-border capital into investment and development projects. Previously, Ms. She worked on pan-European investment at CBRE’s EMEA Capital Market team. Ms. She is a Chartered Surveyor. Ms. She holds a BSc in Mathematics with Economics, and an MSc in International Real Estate and Planning from the University College London, as well as an MSc in Actuarial Science from Cass Business School.
